How to order

Ordering from our site couldn't be easier. Everything is available online from or catalogue and all orders are placed securely on our payment server.

1. Browse the categories in the left column to find the product section you are interested in, or use the images on the home page to "drill down" through the same category structure.
2. If a category has sub-categories, the top most category will list all the products from all the sub-categories first. To narrow the search, simple click on the sub-category of the current category you are in and only those products will be displayed.
3. From the list of products shown, click on the "more information" button to view full details of the product including larger images.
4. If you wish to add the product to your category, simply click on the "add to basket" button in the product list or the details page. The product will now be added to your basket and the basket section to the right of the screen will update accordingly to show the number of items you have added.
5. When you are finished added products to your basket, click on the blue "my basket" (top tight of the page) or the red "view basket" link in the right hand side column.
6. Confirm your basket and click the next button. You'll now be asked to enter your contact and delivery details. The billing address is the name and address of the debit or credit card you'll use to make the payment. If you wish to delivery the product to a different location than the billing one, click on the tick box to acticate the delivery address boxes.
7. Click next to continue and we'll show you a summary of your order and your delivery details, please check these are OK before click the "make payment" button.
8. You'll now be taken to our secure payment page, here enter the details of your debit and credit card, filling out all the boxes as required by this page. Once complete, click proceed.
9. We'll now validate your credit card in real time and if the bank authorises your order, you'll be taken to a confirmation page. If for some reason your card fails verification (wrong card number, insufficient funds etc), you'll be taken to a declined page explaining what the problem is. Your basket will not be emptied so you can retry the order.
10. After placing a successful order, we'll confirm your order again by sending an email to the address you supplied in the contact section. This email will detail what you've ordered and tells you how to contact Camping Shop Direct should any problems arise.
