MAKING A CONTRACT WITH US.

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order.

Once we have checked the prices and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email-confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.

If the goods are not available, we may contact you to offer an alternative item.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

Ordering from our site could not be easier. Everything is available online from our catalogue and all orders are placed securely on our payment server:
 

• Browse the categories at the top of the pages to find the product section you are interested in.
• If a category has sub-categories, the top most categories will list all the products from all the sub categories first. To narrow the search, simply click on the sub category of the current category you are in and only those products will be displayed.
• From the list of products shown, click on the "DETAILS/BUY" button to view full details of the product including larger images.
• If you wish to add the product to your basket click on the "ADD TO CART" button. The product will now be added to your shopping basket.
• To view your shoppig basket, click on the "MY BASKET" icon or the text titled "VIEW MY BASKET".
• To place your order click on the "ENTER DELIVERY DETAILS" button once view the basket page.
• Now enter your billing and delivery details.
• Click on "CHECK ORDER" button.
• You'll now see a final confirmation of your delivery/billing addresses and total basket cost including shipping price.
• To make a payment, click the "SECURE PAYMENT" button.
• You will now be taken to our secure payment page. Please enter the details of your Debit/Credit card, filling out all the boxes as required by this page. Once completed click on the "AUTHORISE" button ONCE.
• The secure provider (Secpay) will now validate your Debit/Credit card in real time, and if the bank authorises your card, you will be taken to a confirmation page. If for some reason your card is declined you will be taken to the "Card Declined" page.
• After placing a successful order you will receive an email from the secure provider confirming that your card transaction has been successful.
• A confirmation of receipt of order will then be sent within 48 hours by email to the email address given.

SECURITY

All on-line credit card transactions are via Secpay SSL Secure Servers.

DELIVERY

Minimum order accepted £24.99 plus carriage costs.

Orders are normally despatched within 5 working days of order receipt. An email will be sent advising delivery time and carrier details upon despatch.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

This policy does not apply to the following goods, which are exempt from the right to cancel.Liquid Products; GasYou can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email us or write to us.If you cancel you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

FAULTY GOODS

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us by email. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights
